Q: These eggs are jelly type, formed in a tube simmilar to a vacuum cleaner hose, acordian and all. So the eggs are like the plastic of the acordian tube.

A: Sounds like American Toad eggs to me. I have images posted at vernalpools.enaturalist.org — look at the bottom left for egg pictures. Let me know if my identification seems incorrect.
